The wine is made in concrete deposits and ages in barrels, half new and half one-wine-old, for 17 months. This wine is only made when the harvest conditions are right. Montescastro is both classic and modern. Find all the flavours and aromas of the Ribera del Duero combined in this wine. Dark and intense with aromas of ripe red fruits and dried cherries. The palate introduces flavours of black plums and dark chocolate, with silky smooth tannins and subtle sweet spices. Earthy and complex on the finish.
