Aromas of cherry, strawberry, pomegranate, backed by roasted herbs, spice and pepper. Light ruby red in colour. Great weight and poise for Ontario, but still the light to medium bodied Pinot Spectrum with balanced tannins and acids holding on to fine and lengthy finish.
