The grapes are pressed gently and must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeasts and controlled temperatures. The wine is allowed to stand 4 months on its lees before stabilizing, filtered and bottled. Straw yellow with green tints. Aromatic notes of citrus and tropical fruit, with herbal and mineral touches. Fresh and elegant with balanced acidity and a salty taste on the palate. Pair with fresh salads, appetizers, white meats, lamb, pork chops, seafood, lobster, pastas, risottos, carpaccio, vegetable creams, desserts, fruit and cream.
