This 2021 vintage of Achille is a super Tuscan style blend 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot. An intense ruby red colour, this wine has a round bouquet of mature red fruits, like cherries and blackberries. It is very fresh and luscious, with a slight sweetness in the mouth and a soft texture making it very easy to drink, but full of supple texture. With a long delicious finish, a hint of earth and subtle spices, this is a wine to savour. Pairs well with white or red meats, fishes and cheeses.
