Grown on brown clay and limestone soils, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and then allowed to rest on their lees for three months before bottling to retain fresh fruit character while adding body and complexity to the palate. On the nose, the wine has an intensity of aromas from apple to white flowers. On the palate, the wine is well balanced, ripe and succulent, with subtle flavours of nectarine and a soft mineral character.
