Josephine Bernaud began making delicious cookies and crackers in 1926, artisans in her adopted town of Haro. Of French origin, her delicious artisan cookies reminded him of her childhood in Bordeaux. With natural ingredients of the highest quality we continue to make them one by one in a completely artisanal way in our workshop in Haro (La Rioja, Spain).
