Pies By Squires Short Rib and Bone Marrow Pie


Serves 3-4

Slow cooked short rib in red wine gravy. Encased in a tender, flaky suet crust. Bone marrow centre to enrich flavour.

Ingredients: Beef, onion, garlic, carrot, red wine, tomato, chicken, flour, egg, salt, black pepper, canola oil, olive oil, baking powder

Heating instructions:

  • From fresh: 375 F for 50 minutes or until golden

  • From frozen: 350 for 1.5 hours or until golden
