Négrette, Gamay, Syrah
A dry rosé made from direct pressing only - a blend of 70% Négrette, 15% Syrah, and 15% Gamay grapes.
In order to respect the typicity of the terroir and grape varieties, only the natural yeasts present on the grape skins at harvest are used.
Medium pink colour. Intense, aromas and flavours of wild strawberry and cherry with floral/spicy notes. Medium-bodied, dry, good acidity, well balanced, with a long, clean finish.
Easy to drink and enjoy with appetizers, Charcuterie,grilled white meat dishes, roast chicken, cassoulet, fish and seafood, and even spicy vegetarian dishes.
