This Vermut is made with the best olorosos and Pedros Ximénez, with a mix of 27 botanists and macerated for months in our oloroso casks, then aged in a solera system for 8 years. It a soft start and a markedly sour profile, finding orange peel, cinnamon and wormwood. A very good Spanish Vermut, ideal as an aperitif or in classic cocktail
