A unique wine born out of necessity after frosts ravished their vineyards in 2016, this was all they had left. This is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, given a direct press and aged in barrels for eight months. As the name suggests this is lean, linear and crystalline. Whistle clean on both the nose and palate, it is a simple, yet delicious wine that tells the story of a harvest they would rather forget.
