ground pork shoulder / russet potato / chicken jus / house made pastry - served with traditional “ketchup vert” made with green tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Remove the tourtiere from the box and plastic wrapping.
- Cover the tourtiere loosely with tin foil.
- Bake for 45 mins covered. After 45 mins, remove tin foil and bake for an additional 45 mins. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 mins.
