Tourtière du Lac-Saint-Jean


ground pork shoulder / russet potato / chicken jus / house made pastry - served with traditional “ketchup vert” made with green tomatoes

Cooking Instructions (same for both sizes)
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Remove the tourtiere from the box and plastic wrapping.
  • Cover the tourtiere loosely with tin foil.
  • Bake for 45 mins covered. After 45 mins, remove tin foil and bake for an additional 45 mins. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 mins.
