Valdibella is a small cooperative, owned by six growers and friends with a shared commitment to produce authentic natural wines. In addition to grapes, they grow olives and almonds, all organically and following biodynamic principles. Brilliant deep ruby in colour, with aromas of red and black berries including currants and raspberry, with a light, pleasant balsamic note. Warm and velvety on the palate, acidity and ripe tannins provide great structure with berry flavours, and earthy undertones.
